Holiday Club

We are planning to run a Holiday Club in Longstanton Village Institute from 11-13 August  (10 -11.30 a.m. each day) Final details are still being worked out, but expect a time of fun, games, music and learning about Jesus. This will be open to all children of primary school age in the villages of Over and Longstanton. Numbers are limited, so do look out for further details - and make sure you book early.

Pilgrimage to JORDAN  Malcolm & Sue Raby warmly invite you to join them on a Pilgrimage to JORDAN  When we think of the "Holy Land", most of us think of Israel/Palestine, but there is a wonderful land, full of biblical heritage, to the east of the Jordan River - the land of JORDAN. The trip will take place 5th - 12th October 2010 and a brochure giving full details is available in church or contact Malcolm. It really is a great country to visit, and highlights (of which there are many) will include:  Petra Wadi Rum Lot's Cave Baptismal site (where Jesus was probably baptised) Mount Nebo (where Moses was told he would not enter the Promised Land) Machaerus (where John the Baptist was imprisoned) Dead Sea
